The present invention relates to a drying apparatus using heat of a condenser which has a new structure which can reduce fuel costs by using heat generated in the condenser of a cooling apparatus installed in a cold-storage warehouse. The drying apparatus according to the present invention includes, in a main body (1), the condenser (12b) arranged in the cooling apparatus (12) in the cold-storage warehouse (10), and thus can heat air in the main body (1) by using heat released from the condenser (12b) when the cold-storage warehouse (10) is cooled.
