Disclosed is a pencil-type handpiece which is formed in pencil shape to easily perform an ultrasound procedure of skin, easily checking the spot of a procedure while performing the procedure, and capable of checking the spot where the procedure finished to improve the convenience of procedures. The disclosed pencil-type handpiece comprises: the opening part formed at the undersurface； a pencil-shaped handpiece body having an empty space inside； a supporting part installed at the bottom part inside the handpiece body in vertical direction； a supporting block combined with the bottom of the supporting part and installed near the opening part and having a space for installation inside； an ultrasound catheter installed in the space of the supporting block and emitting ultrasound through the opening part； and an operating part installed at outer surface of the handpiece body and operating the ultrasound catheter.펜슬 형태로 구성되어 피부에 초음파를 시술하는 작업이 용이 신속하고, 시술중 시술하는 부위의 확인이 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 시술이 완료된 위치를 확인할 수 있어 시술의 편의성이 향상된 펜슬형 핸드피스가 개시된다. 개시된 펜슬형 핸드피스는 하면에 개방부가 형성되고, 내부가 빈공간으로 형성되는 펜슬 형상의 핸드피스 본체와, 상기 핸드피스 본체의 내측 하단부에 상하방향으로 설치되는 지지대와, 상기 지지대의 하단에 결합되어 상기 개방부에 인접하게 설치되고 내부에 설치공간이 형성되는 지지블럭과, 상기 지지블럭의 설치공간에 설치되어 상기 개방부를 통해 초음파를 방출시키는 초음파도자 및 상기 핸드피스 본체의 외면에 설치되어 상기 초음파도자를 작동시키는 조작부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
