A skin adhesive composition comprising: (i) polar oil or fat containing (a) at least one triglyceride and / or (b) at least one fatty acid of the formula R-COH, where R represents a C-C1-6 alkyl group； and (ii) a base polymer comprising at least one homopolymer and / or copolymer. The adhesive composition of claim 1, wherein the fatty acid is derived from a highly saturated vegetable oil. The adhesive composition of claim 2, wherein the vegetable oil is coconut oil. The adhesive composition according to claim 2, wherein the vegetable oil is obtained from an additionally modified, refined, first-squeezed, fractionated or hydrogenated source. The adhesive composition according to claim 1, further comprising an adhesive tackifier. 6. The adhesive composition of claim 5, wherein the tackifier is selected from the group consisting of natural rosin, modified rosin, natural rosin glycerol ester, modified rosin glycerol ester, natural rosin pentaerythritol ester, modified rosin pentaerythritol ester, modified rosin resins modified with phenol-formaldehyde resins； resins based on aliphatic petroleum hydrocarbons and cycloaliphatic resins. 7. The adhesive composition according to claim 1, further comprising synthetic oil. The adhesive composition of claim 7, wherein the synthetic oil is mineral oil or silicone oil. The adhesive composition according to claim 1, wherein the copolymer comprises at least two immiscible monomers.
