The present invention relates to a drum rotation-type plant cultivation device used in cultivating several sorts of edible plants. An electrically rotating drum is produced by connection axes and hollow rotation side plates having a ring gear shape, and water is supplied to a circulating and rotating cultivation tray by hanging and installing a cultivation tray on the connection axes through a hanger so as to maintain a horizontal state thereof. The surroundings of the cultivation tray are opened. Also, artificial lighting is utilized at night, and natural lighting is utilized during the day. Accordingly, chloroplasts of a plant may be uniformly generated, and plants may be more easily handled, cultivated, and harvested.
