PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method for evaluating simulatively the visibility of an objective site observed by a gonioscope using the sectional image of an anterior ocular segment.
SOLUTION: The analysis method of analyzing the sectional image of an anterior ocular segment including a corneal vertex and a chamber angle area by optometry comprises: a step for selecting a sectional image to analyze a step for setting information about the sectional position of the selected sectional image a step for setting a standard straight line within the sectional image a step for setting an analysis target at a characteristic site within the chamber angle area a step for setting a gonioscopic information for the standard straight line a step for setting a straight line which passes through the point to be analyzed as an analytical straight line based on the standard straight line and the gonioscopic information and a step for analyzing on whether a certain tissue is present on the analytical straight line or not based on the information about the position or brightness of a picture element which composes the sectional image present on the analytical straight line.
