The present invention relates to a facility for greening and reinforcing a shore in a river using a vegetation block including: block main bodies which are mounted in a river bank and have multiple generation holes, mounting grooves having coupling protrusions in the center, and multiple connecting grooves extended from the mounting grooves to the edge； connectors which are installed in the connecting grooves to be rotated and have coupling holes into which the coupling protrusions of adjacent block main bodies are inserted； vegetation bodies which are installed in the vegetation holes to maintain the distance to the block main bodies and have receiving spaces； and vegetation members which are installed in the receiving spaces to be exposed to the river water and are made of a fiber material.본 발명은, 하천의 기슭에 다수 개가 연속되게 안착되고, 복수 개의 식생홀부가 구비되며, 중앙부에 결합돌기를 구비하는 안착홈부가 형성되고, 안착홈부로부터 테두리 측으로 연장되는 복수 개의 연결홈부가 형성되는 블록본체와, 연결홈부에 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 블록본체에 인접하게 배치되는 다른 블록본체의 결합돌기가 삽입되도록 결합홀부가 형성되는 연결대와, 블록본체와 간격을 유지하도록 식생홀부에 설치되고, 수납공간을 제공하는 식생본체와, 하천수에 노출되도록 수납공간에 설치되고, 섬유재질을 포함하여 이루어지는 식생부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
