The present invention relates to a method for producing homo-polymer nanoparticles without using a surfactant. The homo-polymer nanoparticles can be used for a semiconductor metal oxide template, a drug delivery system (DDS), an electron transport layer, and a seed in a vertical structure. Moreover, the homo-polymer nanoparticles are expected to be used in a high precision field. For example, the homo-polymer can be used as a substitute for an organic device polystyrene bead film. 본 발명은 계면활성제를 사용하지 않은 호모폴리머 나노입자의 제조방법을 제공하며, 이에 의해 제조된 호모폴리머 나노입자는 반도체 금속산화물의 template, 약물수송시스템(DDS), 전자 수송층(ETL) 및 vertical 구조 형상의 시드(seed)로 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 Organic device polystyrene bead 필름의 대체 등 초정밀 분야에서 폭넓게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
