Liquid drug medical device including a body member having a longitudinal axisand a firstport for connection to physiological solution. The body member includes a flowcontrolmember rotatable about an axis of rotation co-directional with thelongitudinal axis. The flowcontrol member has two flow ducts terminating at a second port and a thirdport foradministering the liquid drug. The medical device also includes a manuallyrotatable adapterhaving a fluid conduit member in flow communication with the second port andextending intoa medicinal vessel on its attachment to the adapter, and coupled to the flowcontrol member forrotating same between a first flow control position for connecting the firstport with the secondport, and a second flow control position for connecting the first port withthe third port.
