PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a front image of an eye to be examined appropriately.SOLUTION: A scanning laser ophthalmoscope includes an objective lens system 17 and 50 including at least one lens, and an imaging optical system including an irradiation optical system 10 for radiating illumination light emitted from a laser beam emitting part 11 onto fundus Er of an eye E to be examined through the objective lens system 17 and 50, and a light receiving optical system 20 having light receiving elements 25, 27, and 29 for receiving fundus reflection light through the objective lens system 17 and 50, and creates a photographic image based on a signal from any one of the light receiving elements 25, 27, and 29. A control part of the scanning laser ophthalmoscope executes imaging control for acquiring a front image of the fundus and a background image which is a background image with respect to the front image of the fundus, and includes a reflection image at least by the objective lens system 17 and 50, and performs background differencing based on the front image of the fundus and the background image so as to create an image in which an influence of the reflection image is suppressed in the front image of the fundus as a difference image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検眼の正面画像を良好に得ること。【解決手段】走査型レーザー検眼鏡は、少なくとも1つのレンズを含む対物レンズ系17,50と、レーザー光出射部11から発せられた照明光を対物レンズ系17,50を介して被検眼Eの眼底Erに照射する照射光学系10と、眼底反射光を対物レンズ系17,50を介して受光する受光素子25,27,29を備える受光光学系20と、を含む撮影光学系と、を備え、受光素子25,27,29のいずれかからの信号に基づいて撮影画像を生成する。また、走査型レーザー検眼鏡の制御部は、眼底の正面画像、眼底の正面画像に対する背景画像であって,少なくとも対物レンズ系17,50による反射像を含む背景画像、をそれぞれ取得する撮影制御を行い、更に、眼底の正面画像と背景画像とに基づく背景差分を行うことで、差分画像として、眼底の正面画像において反射像の影響が抑制された画像を生成する。【選択図】図6
