The present invention relates to a neck injury preventing tool to prevent neck injury by being connected with a helmet for bicycling and inhibiting movements of neck in the crash and, more specifically, to a shoulder type neck injury preventing tool connected to a helmet for bicycling. The neck injury preventing tool comprises: a helmet connection member connected from a rear surface lower end portion of the helmet to the neck direction left and right shoulder parts respectively coupled to left and right both side shoulders and a neck protective member of which one end portion is connected to an end of the helmet connection member to freely rotate in every direction, and the other end has expansion joints freely connected to the left and right shoulder parts respectively. The neck is prevented from breaking over the certain angle by the neck protective member in the crush when a user rides a bicycle.
