A dog excrement collector includes a wearable toilet adapted for being worn by a dog, and a pouch including a bag body detachably held by said wearable toile. The wearable toilet has a pad through window arranged for being aligned with an anus of the dog when the dog wears the wearable toilet. The bag body has an inlet aligned with the pad through window for receiving and collecting dogs droppings in the bag body by gravity. Therefore, after the dogs droppings are collected, the bag body is detached from the wearable toilet and is sealed at the inlet.
