PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic solution for silicone hydrogel contact lenses, which can effectively prevent the discoloration (yellowing) of the lenses caused on the contact of the silicone hydrogel contact lenses with ketotifen and/or its salt.
SOLUTION: There is provided the ophthalmic solution for the silicone hydrogel contact lenses, containing (A) at least one selected from the group consisting of ketotifen and/or its salts, and (B) at least one selected from the group consisting of ethylene diamine acetate, its derivatives and their salts.
