The screw rod interval adjustment assembly, which is utilized to adjust a position of a rotary screw rod of a distribution device, comprises a moving member, a guide member, a support member, a linkage, a tugging wire and a drive assembly. The moving member is fixed at one end of the rotary screw rod. The guide member is disposed between the moving member and the rotary screw rod. The support member is fixed at one side of the distribution device. The linkage is penetratingly disposed in the support member. One end of the tugging wire is fixed at the linkage, and another end is fixed at the moving member. The linkage can be rotated by the drive assembly.
