The present invention relates to a posture changing apparatus and a wheelchair including the same. The posture changing apparatus comprises: a first and a second lift unit； a movable plate arranged above the first and the second lift unit； a first hinge unit connecting the movable plate and the first lift unit； and a second hinge unit connecting the movable plate and the second lift unit. The first and the second lift unit can be independently driven. The movable plate can maintain levelness or be inclined in a direction of one side depending on drive of the first and the second lift unit.본 발명은 자세 변환장치 및 이를 포함하는 휠체어에 관한 것으로, 제1 및 제2 리프트부, 상기 제1 및 제2 리프트부 위에 배치된 가동 플레이트, 상기 가동 플레이트와 상기 제1 리프트부를 연결하는 제1 힌지부 및 상기 가동 플레이트와 상기 제2 리프트부를 연결하는 제2 힌지부를 포함하며, 상기 제1 리프트부 및 상기 제2 리프트부는 독립적으로 구동할 수 있으며, 상기 제1 리프트부 및 제2 리프트부의 구동에 따라 상기 가동 플레이트는 수평을 유지하거나 일측 방향으로 기울어질 수 있다.
