1. A wound dressing containing: A) a mosaic water-soluble matrix form； and B) a monomer of 1,1-disubstituted ethylene. 2. The wound dressing according to claim 1, wherein the mosaic water-soluble matrix form is formed from a polymer selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, gelatin and mixtures thereof. 3. The wound dressing according to claim 2, wherein said 1,1-disubstituted ethylene monomer contains cyanoacrylate. The wound dressing according to claim 3, wherein said cyanoacrylate is selected from the group consisting of ethyl cyanoacrylate, n-butyl cyanoacrylate, methoxyethyl cyano acrylate, ethoxy ethyl cyano acrylate, dodecyl cyano acrylate, 2-ethyl hexyl cyano acrylate, 2-ethyl hexyl cyano acrylate, 2-ethyl hexyl cyano acrylate, 2-ethyl hexyl cyano acrylate , 1-methoxy-2-propyl-cyanoacrylate, hexyl cyanoacrylate, butyl lactoyl cyanoacrylate, butyl glycoloyl cyanoacrylate, ethyl lactoyl cyanoacrylate and ethyl glycoloyl cyanoacrylate. 5. The wound dressing according to claim 1, wherein the mosaic water-soluble matrix form is formed of cells in which any of the sizes is less than about 5 mm. A wound dressing according to claim 5, in which the mosaic water-soluble matrix form is formed of cells in which any of the sizes is less than about 3 mm. The wound dressing according to claim 2, wherein the mosaic water-soluble matrix form further comprises a polymerization initiator or a modifier of its rate. The wound dressing according to claim 7, in which the polymerization initiator or its rate modifier is a bioactive substance. A kit comprising: A) at least one mosaic water soluble matrix form； and B) at least one 1,1-disubstituted ethyl monomer1.
