A method to convert matter and energy from one form to other or multiform has been proposed. These may enhance the overall efficiency of the living, non-living and quality of atmospheric weather in the space. Matter may be available in solid, liquid, gaseous or plasma form and Energy may be available in various forms viz., solar, wind, electromagnetic, optical, chemical, sound, brightness or any combination thereof. Brightness may be generated from a living or non-living thing or by transformation of energy from one form to other. Various energies associated with brightness or solar power might be available in the space which are in stationary or in motion which might spread across in visible or non-visible or entire spectrum of the electromagnetic, optical and other parameters associated with any spectrum or an combination thereof. In one of the embodiment,. conversion of the brightness / light into sunlight/natural light or close to all the properties of sun light/natural light has been proposed. In one of the embodiment, by coating or putting a film or new light bulb/s ( clone to product sunlight or close to it) in vehicles would increase photosynthesis and other activities associated with the living being, plants or trees in particular. This would enhance the growth of plant/trees, increase oxygen release during any time of the day and decrease the air pollution in cities and environment in particular. In one of the embodiment, a customised unit has been installed at heavy air polluting area to push the bad weather far above atmosphere and bring back good air from upper altitude on the atmosphere. In a further embodiment, natural resources are efficiently used to heat up the manure and soil others, so that it would wipe out infectious bacteria, germs and others to a plant/ tree.
