Disclosed is an apparatus for monitoring a blood flow and a red blood cell using a dual camera, which can provide a multi-apparatus allowing a user to check states of a blood flow and a red blood cell with the naked eyes by including a monitor configured to monitor the states of the blood flow and the red blood cell and a dual camera module configured to capture images of a capillary and the red blood cell showed and magnified by separate lenses. The apparatus for monitoring a blood flow and a red blood cell using a dual camera comprises: a base including a stage to be moved in every direction by a movement adjusting unit and an optical member provided in a lower portion； a body part formed with a vertical supporting part with a coarse focus knob at a side of the base； a camera embedded means attached to the vertical supporting part, and performing photographing while being elevated and lowered by the coarse focus knob； a lens mounted means provided in a lower portion of the camera embedded means to magnify and show a capillary and blood； and a rest plate attached to a top side of the stage to let fingers of a user rest thereon while the user observes the blood.본 발명은 분리된 각 렌즈로 확대되는 모세혈관 및 적혈구를 확대하여 보여주는 것을 듀얼 카메라모듈이 각각 촬영하여 모니터 등으로 혈류 및 적혈구의 상태를 각각 모니터링을 통하여 혈류 및 적혈구의 상태를 육안으로 확인 관찰하는 멀티장치를 제공할 수 있도록 하는 듀얼카메라에 의한 혈류 및 적혈구의 관찰장치로서, 이동조정부에 의하여 전후좌우로 이동 가능하도록 스테이지를 구비하면서 저부에 광원부재를 포함하는 베이스 및 베이스의 한 측에 조동레버를 갖는 수직 지지부로 이루어지는 바디부와, 상기 수직 지지부에 부착되어 조동레버에 의하여 승강되도록 하면서 촬영기능을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 카메라내장수단과, 상기 카메라내장장치의 저부에 구비되어 모세혈관 및 혈액을 각각 확대하여 보여주는 렌즈장착수단과, 상기 스테이지의 상면에 부착되어 손가락을 거치하면서 혈액을 관찰할 수 있도록 하는 거치플레이트를 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 한다.
