Hierbei wird zunächst ein Übersichtsbilddatensatzes erfasst, anhand dessen eine Positionsinformation der zumindest eine anatomischen Struktur ermittelt wird, wobei die Positionsinformation eine exakte Position der zumindest einen anatomischen Struktur und/oder eine relative Position der zumindest einen anatomischen Struktur relativ zu dem Referenzkörperbereich umfassen kann. Anschließend wird anhand der Positionsinformation ein hochaufgelöster Magnetresonanzbilddatensatzes der anatomischen Struktur erstellt und der hochaufgelösten Magnetresonanzbilddatensatzes ausgewertet.
