The cap has a dischargeopeningfor discharging heat from the heating element at the center of the front endthereof.An absorbent-retentive member for absorbing and retaining a medical fluid suchas aloquat-leaf extract is placed between the discharge opening of the cap and theheattransfer metal plate in the case.
