Technical features: cleaning is obtained by combination of mechanical and electric systems allowing the water ingress in the juice extractor and, thereby, the washing of all sections thereof; the disassembly of all sections of the invented mechanism and casing enclosing the juice extractor accommodates the repairs thereof as well as the emptying of the vat without affecting any function of the juice extractor.
