The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of natural salt using sea water which comprises the following: a water purifying step of filtering sea water to remove impurities contained in the sea water an ozone sterilizing step of sterilizing the seat water by supplying ozone to the sea water a crystallizing step of spraying the sea water onto a salt crystal plate and heating and crystallizing the same into salt a moisture drying step of drying and removing moisture of the crystallized salt and an impurity removing step of removing impurities from the crystallized salt.
