The present disclosure provides antibodies that bind to CD40, including humanized antibodies and chimeric antibodies with different Fc domains. The antibody binds to CD40 and does not exhibit CD40 agonist activity. The antibody may comprise a modified IgG1 Fc domain and may exhibit minimal activation of immature dendritic cells.
