The present invention describes the combination of topically inhaled medicinalformulations comprising an anticholinergic component preferably glycopymolateand a glucocorticosteroid component and its use in the symptomatic andprophylactic treatment of diseases of the respiratory tract, especially withan obstructive component or underlying inflammation like asthma and chronicobstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It further comprises the presentation ofthis combination in a locally applied (inhaled) formulation and application inan inhalation device for instance in the Novolizer.
