Η σύνθεση περιλαμβάνει ουσιωδώς ελεύθερο ύδατος, διατεταγμένο μείγμα τουλάχιστον ενός φαρμακευτικώς δραστικού παράγοντα υπό τη μορφή μικροσκοπικών σωματιδίων τα οποία προσκολλώνται στις επιφάνειες σωματιδιών ενός φορέα τα οποία σωματίδια του φορέα είναι ουσιωδώς πιο ευμεγέθη από τα σωματίδια του δραστικού παράγοντα ή των δραστικών παραγόντων, και τα οποία είναι ουσιωδώς υδατοδυαλυτά, σε συνδυασμό με παράγοντα προαγωγής της προσκόλλησης σε βιολογικές επιφάνειες και/ή σε βλεννογόνο. The composition consists essentially of free water,a controlled mixture of at least one pharmacologically active agent in the form of microscopic particles adhering to the surfaces；particulates of an entity which are particles of the entity substantially greater than the particles of the active agent or agents；and which are essentially waterproof,in combination with an agent promoting adherence to biological surfaces and/or mucous membranes. The invention is also related to the method of preparation of the composition and to the use of the compound for treatment against acute disorders.
