PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable sterilization pad package for instrument sterilization allowing sterilization work to be quickly and simply performed.SOLUTION: A disposable sterilization pad package 1 for instrument sterilization for sterilizing an instrument such as a medical instrument comprises: a container body 11 having an opening a sterilization pad 13 impregnated with antiseptic solution and stored in the container body 11 and a lid 12 heat-sealed to an opening edge to seal the opening of the container body 11. A gap S at least at a peripheral edge of the sterilization pad 13 is formed between an inner surface of the lid 12 and the sterilization pad 13.
