Provided is a medical tape which can be adhered suitably onto a wound on the skin for the purpose of healing the wound or onto a scar formed after the healing of a wound for the purpose of preventing the thickening, expansion or extension of the scar. A medical tape characterized by being provided with: a stretchable and flexible base member which is made from a plastic film or foil mold release paper which is adhered onto one surface of the base member with a pressure-sensitive adhesive agent layer interposed therebetween and releasable supports which are adhered onto the other surface of the base member with a silicone coating layer and a slightly adhesive layer interposed therebetween, and which are composed of two plastic films, and which can be butted with each other along the width direction of the base member at the middle of the base member as observed in the length direction, wherein the silicone coating layer and the slightly adhesive layer are formed in this order on the above-mentioned other surface of the base member. In the medical tape according to the present invention, the two releasable supports which are butted with each other along the width direction are adhered onto the stretchable base member with the silicone coating layer and the slightly adhesive layer interposed therebetween. Therefore, when the medical tape is stuck onto the surface of a wound or a scar while stretching the base member in a direction in which the two supports are to be divided, a stress-applied area in the base member can be limited in such a manner that only a portion of the medical tape which is in the vicinity of a portion corresponding to the surface of the wound or the scar can be shrunk while avoiding the floating of the supports and a shrinking force cannot be applied to a portion other than the above-mentioned portion of the supports.La présente invention concerne une bande médical qui peut être collée de façon adaptée à une plaie sur la peau dans le but de cicatr
