PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical camera that is resistant to fogging even under a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, and a trocar.SOLUTION: A medical camera 6 has a casing 210 whose front side opens, an imaging part 220 stored inside the casing 210, a translucent cover 25 that closes the opening of the casing 210, and an LED illumination 240 that irradiates a subject ahead of it.
