The present invention relates to a variable greenhouse structure and a construction method therefor, wherein a roof can be opened or closed and the height of a greenhouse structure can be adjusted according to outdoor influences caused by changes in the season and weather, such as temperature and humidity, wind, snow, rain and the like, thereby providing optimal environments for the growth of animals and plants grown inside of the greenhouse structure.
