PURPOSE: A ginseng composition containing a ginseng concentrate, water soluble polysaccharides, and a thickener is provided to ensure dissolubility and to be used in a food, drug, and cosmetic product. CONSTITUTION: A ginseng composition contains: 0.1-80 parts by weight of ginseng concentrate； 0.01-80 parts by weight of water soluble polysaccharides； and 0.01-10 parts by weight of thickener. The water soluble polysaccharides contain 0.01-80 parts by weight of maltodextrin and 1-80 parts by weight of indigestible matodextrin. The thickener is detran, gellan gum, rhamsan gum, welan gum, xanthan gum, or microfibrous cellulose. The viscosity of the composition is 450-550 cps.본 발명은 인삼 농축액； 말토덱스트린 및 난소화성 말토덱스트린를 포함하는 수용성 다당체； 및 점증제를 함유하는 인삼 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 인삼 농축액을 함유하는 인삼 조성물은 고온뿐만 아니라, 실온 또는 저온에서도 용해가 가능하여, 특별히 온도에 제한되지 않으면서 용매에 쉽게 용해되므로, 우수한 용해성을 갖는 농축액 제형으로서 식품, 약제, 화장품 등에 적용될 수 있다.
