Sighting device for determining the place of formation of the femoral bone tunnel with arthroscopic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament is made in the form of an S-shaped plate with grooves for tight fit of the tip of the awl and with symmetrical working ends for the right knee joint or for the left knee joint. Each working end has a smooth one-sided narrowing of the thickness of the plate, a tooth oriented perpendicular to the surface of the plate, and a tooth oriented in the direction opposite to the one-sided narrowing of the thickness of the plate.
