PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic powder which has smooth, light and moist feeling with excellent water repellency, and is excellent in adhesion to the skin.SOLUTION: A silicone gel surface treated cosmetic powder is a cosmetic powder with a surface treated with silicone gel in which a diorganopolysiloxane having both reactive terminals and an organopolysiloxane containing at least one of a silane coupling agent and a reactive organopolysiloxane that have two hydrolyzable groups or more in one molecule as a crosslinking agent are hydrolyzed/condensed.
