A stable-foam inhalation-device cartridge (10) for a stable-foam inhalationdevice (74)which dispenses a stable foam to be consumed by a user. The cartridge (10) isdevoid ofelectrical energisation means. The cartridge (10) includes a flexible mixingchamber (12),first and second foam-generation elements (26, 28) an expansion chamber 14, apartitioning element (16) having one or more mixing members (46) for agitatingaconsumable foam and a discharge element (18). The discharge element has anoutletopening (54) an inlet opening (66) and a discharge conduit (64) whichinterconnects theinlet opening (66) with the outlet opening (54). The discharge conduit (64)has alongitudinal extent which locates the inlet opening (66) at a position closerto thepartitioning element (16) than to the outlet opening (54).
