PURPOSE: A baby bottle cap and a baby bottle including the same are provided to prevent infants and young children from swallowing small sized baby bottle nipples and baby bottle caps by including a swallowing preventing part which is protruding to have larger width than the maximum diameter of the baby bottle cap and nipple.CONSTITUTION: A baby bottle cap (200) comprises a body portion (210) which connects a nursing bottle nipple (100) to a baby bottle body and a swallowing preventing part (220) which prevents swallowing of the baby bottle nipple by being protruded from the body portion in order to have larger width than the maximum diameter of the baby bottle nipple and the body portion. The baby bottle nipple is detachably united with the upper side of the body portion. An insertion part in which the baby bottle nipple is inserted and coupled is formed on the top surface of the body portion. The baby bottle body is rotary coupled with the body portion.
