A quick release structure of electrosurgical unit includes a clamp body having a connecting seat and a pair of clasp pieces. The clamp body has an inserting space, and the clasp pieces are connected with the clamp body for fingers clasp. A pair of clips are disposed on opposite sides of the clamp body, and each clip has a plate and a positioning bump and an elastic sheet protruded from the plate. The plate is pivoted in a lateral side of the connecting seat, and the positioning bump is stretched into the inserting space, and the elastic sheet will be pressed elastically against the plate and the connecting seat, wherein an end of the electrosurgical unit is inserted in the inserting space and sandwiched between two positioning bumps. While exerting force on the pair of the clips, the elastic sheets will be pressed and moved in a direction toward to each other.
