A smog filter system includes an air filtering unit, a water purification unit and a water circulation unit. The air filtering unit includes a housing, a sprayer and a gas driving device disposed in the housing. The water purification unit includes a plurality of potted plants and filter materials placed in containers of the potted plants. The water circulation unit includes a water vessel, a water pump and water supply pipes. The water pump drives water from the water vessel to the sprayer and sprays the water into the air passing through the housing to reduce suspended particles in the air. The polluted water is guided into the potted plants and the filter materials to purify polluted water to purified water.
