PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an efficient inspection while suppressing erroneous determination in inspection of medicines.SOLUTION: A medicine inspection device 10 inspects medicines which are prepared based on prescription information and packaged in portion-packaging bags. A medicine database 15 includes medicine images of medicines which can be prepared. Comparison object selection means 16 obtains the medicine images of the medicines which should be prepared according to prescription and similar medicines from a medicine database 15. Medicine determination means 13 verifies a captured image of prepared medicines against medicine images obtained from the medicine database 15 and identifies the medicines present in the captured image and the number thereof. Inspection result determination means 17 determines whether or not the prepared medicines and the number thereof match the prescription information based on the prescription information.【課題】薬剤の検査において、誤判定を抑制しつつ効率のよい検査を実現する。【解決手段】薬剤検査装置１０は、処方箋情報に基づいて調剤され、分包袋に分包される薬剤を検査する。薬剤データベース１５は、調剤され得る薬剤の薬剤画像を含む。比較対象選定手段１６は、薬剤データベース１５から、処方箋に従って調剤されるべき薬剤及びそれに類似する薬剤の薬剤画像を取得する。薬剤判別手段１３は、調剤された薬剤の撮影画像を、薬剤データベース１５から取得された薬剤画像と照合し、撮影画像中に存在する薬剤及びその個数を判別する。検査結果判定手段１７は、処方箋情報に基づいて、調剤された薬剤及びその個数が処方箋情報と合致するか否かを判断する。【選択図】図１
