This invention relates to a rolling hoe, mainly for soil surface cultivation works, comprising a supporting structure suspended on a power machine and at least one hoe body hinged to the supporting structure. The hoe body (4) has at least one hoe wheel (12) embedded in a manner capable of being turned around an adjustment axle (18) and capable of being adjusted so that its rotation plane (16) and a soil surface (9) enclose a first angle (20) of 5°-70°, while a line of intersection (17) of its rotation plane (16) with the plane of the soil surface (9) and a direction of advance (8) of the rolling hoe (1) enclose a second angle (21) of 5°-80°. The hoe wheel (1) has teeth (14) starting bending backwards, compared to a rotation direction (6) of the hoe wheel. For adjustment of a cultivation depth (19) of the rolling hoe (1), but without any changing of cultivation width (15), the adjustment axle (18) is arranged parallel with the line of intersection (17) of the rotation plane (16) of the hoe wheel (12) and the plane of the soil surface (9).
