The present invention discloses a portable toe message shoe, including a sole, a bladder, a pipe and an inflation/deflation device. The bladder is connected to the sole to form a space where a user’s foot can insert. The main body of the bladder is connected to the instep, and the toes are wrapped around a plurality of extension regions which are connected to the main body. Upon inflation, the air is pumped from the inflation/deflation device to the bladder via the pipe, so that the bladder is expanded and the toes are massaged or pressed by the extension regions. Upon deflation, the air is deflated from the bladder.
