PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cooked frozen foods capable of being stored for long time at a frozen state and becoming eatable only by thawing, in which flowable foods containing large size ingredients are arranged on solid foods after thawing, there is no unevenness in thawing and texture is good.SOLUTION: In cooked frozen foods 1, a frozen flowable food part 3 is overlapped and arranged on a frozen solid food part 2, and frozen ingredients 4 are exposed on a surface of the frozen flowable food part 3. The frozen ingredients 4 contain large sized frozen ingredients having maximum span length of 10 to 600 mm and minimum span length of 2 to 400 mm.
