PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption in a stand-by state in a portable medical apparatus.SOLUTION: A start-up circuit that is incorporated in an FE device 12 of an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 10 and allows a shift from a stand-by state to an active state includes: a power switch 44 of which one end is pulled up by a pull-up resistor 42 with voltage from a main battery 40； and a start-up controller 46 that outputs a start-up pulse for shifting the FE device from the stand-by state to the active state, on the basis of a change in the voltage at one end of the power switch 44. A voltage switch 60 is provided between the main battery 40 and the pull-up resistor 42. The voltage switch 60 repeats opening and closing under control of a switch controller 62. Thereby, a voltage waveform to be applied to one end of the power switch 44 becomes an intermittent voltage waveform and power consumption of the main battery 40 in the stand-by state is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】可搬型医療装置において、スタンバイ状態の電力消費量を低減させる。【解決手段】超音波診断装置１０のＦＥ装置１２に組み込まれた、スタンバイ状態から動作状態へ移行させるための起動回路は、一方端がプルアップ抵抗４２によりメインバッテリ４０からの電圧でプルアップされたパワースイッチ４４、パワースイッチ４４の一方端の電圧の変化に基づいて、ＦＥ装置をスタンバイ状態から動作状態へ遷移させるための起動パルスを出力する起動コントローラ４６を有する。メインバッテリ４０とプルアップ抵抗４２との間に電圧スイッチ６０が設けられる。電圧スイッチ６０は、スイッチコントローラ６２からの制御により開閉を繰り返す。これにより、パワースイッチ４４の一方端に印加される電圧波形が間欠的な電圧波形となり、スタンバイ状態におけるメインバッテリ４０の電力消費量が低減される。【選択図】図５
