The heartbeat sensing module is adapted to contact a human body through the light guiding element, so that the light of the light emitting element is transmitted to at least one blood vessel in the human body through the light guiding element. The light sensor is adapted to sensing a variation rate of the light after being absorbed by the blood in the heartbeat period, so as to calculate a heartbeat rate of the human body according to the variation rate.
