PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for an endoscope which is attached to the insertion part of an endoscopic device so as to inexpensively and effectively cool the insertion part, whereby the endoscopic device can be used under high temperature environment, and to provide the endoscopic device.
SOLUTION: The cooling device for the endoscope is equipped with: an inner sheath 30 externally mounted on the tip side of the insertion part 6 and provided with a communicating path 21c on the tip part 30a side an outer sheath 31 externally mounted on the inner sheath 30 a tip side fixing means 32 fixing the inner sheath 30 to the outer sheath 31 at the tip part 31a of the outer sheath 31 a tip side covering means 34 covering the tip part 31a side of the outer sheath 31 and having a window part 47 through which the outside can be observed by an observation member and a fluid circulation part supplying a cooling fluid A to the base end side of either a first cooling channel 21a formed by a gap between the insertion part 6 and the inner sheath 30 or a second cooling channel 21b formed by a gap between the inner sheath 30 and the outer sheath 31, and collecting the cooling fluid A from the base end side of the other.
