An optimal preparation and analytic method for the extract of Antrodia cinnamomea is disclosed. The important parameters for the extraction efficiency of the extract is analyzed using the mathematic and statistical experimental designs, and the extract of A. cinnamomea and its particular triterpene compounds are quantified and identified using quantitative NMR and HPLC-tandem mass. Whether ergostane and lanostane triterpene compounds are contained in one drug, health food or other products and the total contents and individual contents therein can be analyzed, determined or quantified using techniques above.本發明係提供一種樟芝萃取物最佳化的製備及分析方法。藉由數學及統計學的實驗設計，分析影響該萃取物的萃取率重要參數，並搭配核磁共振圖譜定量法及高效液相層析串聯質譜法，以量化及鑑定樟芝萃取物及其特定三萜類化合物。藉由前述技術，可以分析/檢測/量化藥品、保健食品或其他商品中是否含有麥角甾烷及/或羊毛甾烷三萜類化合物及其總含量及各別含量。
