According to an embodiment of the present invention, a UV ray sterilization device comprises: a UV ray emitting part which sterilizes a target object by emitting UV rays on the target object an operating driver which operates the UV ray emitting part a power supply part which supplies power to the operating driver and a pulse width modulation (PWM) control part which generates and delivers PWM control signals to the operating driver, and controls supplied power by using or applying at least one from duty ratio and frequency of the PWM control signals depending on the operating environment of the UV ray emitting part.
