The present invention relates to a hand sanitizer composition for enhancing antioxidant activity, containing a fermented Phellinus linteus extract, wherein the composition shows increased antioxidant activity by containing the fermented Phellinus linteus extract as a natural extract with regard to the production of a hand sanitizer. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof.
