The present invention relates to a non-powered sensing apparatus and a non-powered body temperature sensing patch including the same. The non-powered body temperature sensing apparatus formed in the patch includes a substrate, a first electrode which is formed on a first surface of the substrate, and a second electrode which is formed on a second surface of the substrate. The first electrode is connected to the second electrode by passing through the substrate. According to the present invention, the patch is made thin and light by removing a battery from an existing body temperature sensing patch and can be attached to a human body to continuously measure the body temperature.
