PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a sprinkling apparatus and a sprinkling vehicle, capable of sprinkling fertilizer or the like without any problems even when plants have been grown to heighten the heights.SOLUTION: The sprinkling apparatus is constituted as follows. Rotary blades are supported in a housing so as to be freely rotated, and a side opening part is formed in the side face of the housing in the rotation direction side of the rotary blades, so that granules fed into the housing may be sprinlkled from the side opening part by the rotation of the rotary blades. The outer edge part of each rotary blade is arranged so as to be separated at a prescribed distance from the inner side face of the housing so that the inner side face may not contact therewith. An upper enlarged opening part communicating with the side opening part is formed at the upper face of the housing continuing to the side opening part. A guide plate is stood and formed along the edge part of the upper enlarged opening part, and a bent guide plate bent along the rotational direction of the rotary blades is installed in the lower side of the side opening part. The granules fed to the housing are regulated so as to be sprinkled to the obliquely upper direction through the upper enlarged opening part and the side opening part by the rotation of the rotary blades.
