PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification system that when an air bubble is detected during an arterial transfusion step, automatically alters the direction of motion of the bubble and can ease the burden on a medical professional.SOLUTION: The blood purification system includes a control means 19 causing the following steps to be performed: a vein-side retransfusion step S1 for performing retransfusion having replaced the blood from the section of a blood circuit connecting to a physiological saline solution supply line 8 to the tip of a vein-side blood circuit 2 with a physiological saline solution, upon retransfusion an artery-side retransfusion step S4 for performing retransfusion having replaced the blood from the section of the blood circuit connecting to the physiological saline solution supply line 8 to the tip of an artery-side blood circuit 1 with a physiological saline solution and a recovery step S8 for causing the detected bubble to flow to a blood pump 4 side by means of a connection section, and then shifted to the vein-side retransfusion step S1, on condition that an artery-side bubble detection means 10 has detected a bubble during the artery-side retransfusion step S4.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】動脈側返血工程時において気泡が検出された際、自動的に気泡の移動方向を変更させることができ、医療従事者の負担を軽減することができる血液浄化装置を提供する。【解決手段】返血時、血液回路における生理食塩液供給ライン8との接続部から静脈側血液回路2の先端までの血液を生理食塩液に置換させて返血する静脈側返血工程S1と、血液回路における生理食塩液供給ライン8との接続部から動脈側血液回路1の先端までの血液を生理食塩液に置換させて返血する動脈側返血工程S4とを行わせ得るとともに、動脈側返血工程S4時に動脈側気泡検出手段10が気泡を検出したことを条件として、その検出された気泡を接続部より血液ポンプ4側に流動させた後、静脈側返血工程S1に移行させるリカバリ工程S8を行わせ得る制御手段19を具備した血液浄化装置である。【選択図】図5
