The present invention relates to a soybean paste sauce with a sugared extract of pears and a preparation method thereof. The soybean paste sauce with a sugared extract of pears can be eaten on roasting meat or fish by adding and mixing ground fresh pears, minced garlic and fruit vinegar to a sugared extract of pears in which pears and sugar are mixed at regular ratio and fermented.
