The dental implant apparatus further includes a screw comprising a threaded stem adapted to be helicoidally coupled with the internal thread of said cavity of the implant, wherein said screw is a single piece made entirely of a NdFeB (Neodymium-Iron-Boron) compound comprising silicon.
